Gurgaon, Dec 10: MDI Gurgaon has announced its January 2026 lineup of Management Development Programmes (MDPs), marking the beginning of the year with a strong focus on leadership development, strategy, communication, and future-oriented managerial capabilities.
The MDPs have been created by renowned faculty at MDI Gurgaon to respond to the increasing demand for leaders to have the ability to make informed decisions, adapt to technological advances and build resilient teams. The experience will include a combination of practice-based learning, in-depth discussions on contemporary issues and practical case studies that will help participants to practically apply the concepts learned during the programmes in their organisations.
Speaking on the new year’s programme suite, Prof. Sumita Rai (Dean Industry Connect), MDI Gurgaon stated,
"Every MDP programme has been intentionally designed to create an opportunity for self-reflection and foster the ability to put theory into practice. Business leaders need to be nimble, use data-driven decision-making, and possess strong interpersonal skills. We have developed our MDP programmes to teach these critical skills using a holistic approach to learning."
