New Delhi, October 13, 2025: Museum of Solutions (MuSo), Mumbaiâs one-of-a-kind childrenâs museum, hosted the Creative Quotient art competition on October 11 and 12, 2025 â a weekend that celebrated imagination, creativity, and experiential learning among children aged 9 to 16. This competition is sponsored by JSW Paints and Apsara.
Held at MuSoâs vibrant Lower Parel space, the event invited children to explore creativity using watercolours, crayons, and other art tools, expressing how they see the world through colour and storytelling. Children explored three imaginative themes â âPortrait of Your Future Selfâ, âMy Dream Worldâ, and âWhat Can You Do That AI Canât Do?â â encouraging them to dream, create, and express a world shaped by their own hopes, emotions, and imagination.
In partnership with ArtyCurate India and Art India Magazine, the competition aimed to encourage artistic thinking among children while also inspiring parents and teachers to nurture creativity as a vital life skill. Bhavana, Ruchita, and Heetalâthree artists, mothers, and co-founders of ArtyCurate believe that in todayâs fast-paced, AI-driven world, what children need most is the freedom to create and the courage to find their own unique voice. Through art, they want to help them stay connected to their individuality, imagination, and inner creativity.
A distinguished jury comprising filmmaker Kiran Rao, advertising legend Mohammed Khan, artists Shilpa Gupta, Sakshi Gupta, Sheetal Gattani, Jayesh Sachdev, curator Gourmoni Das, and advertising professional Preeti Vyas Giannetti will evaluate the submissions on originality, concept and visual impact.
The Top 3 winners in each category will have their artworks published in Art India Magazine, while another three will have them printed on ceramic wall plates by The Plated Project. The Top 50 entries will be exhibited at the MuSo Art Gallery, offering young artists a platform to showcase their talent. The winners to be announced on 2nd November '25.
Tanvi Jindal Shete, Founder and CEO of MuSo, said, âAt MuSo, we see creativity as a childâs natural language â the way they make sense of the world. When children are given space to explore, build, and express freely, learning transforms from instruction into discovery. Creative Quotient is our way of reminding parents and educators that creativity isnât a subject to be taught, but a mindset to be nurtured.â
Through initiatives like Creative Quotient, MuSo continues to champion hands-on, joyful, and experiential learning, helping children build curiosity, confidence, and creativity for life.
