In his expanded leadership role, Vikas will oversee operational strategy, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and enhance supply chain systems to support IndoBevs’ ambitious expansion plans.

Since joining IndoBevs seven years ago, Vikas has been instrumental in building the company’s operational backbone. He has led the development of robust manufacturing systems, streamlined supply chains, and implemented scalable processes that have fueled the company’s domestic and international growth. Under his leadership, IndoBevs has achieved nearly 40% year-on-year growth, underscoring his ability to align operational excellence with strategic business goals.

With over two decades of cross-industry experience, Vikas brings deep expertise in supply chain management, plant engineering, project execution, and process optimization. Prior to IndoBevs, he held senior roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., United Biscuits, and SC Johnson, earning recognition for driving performance improvements and sustainable growth.
